Notes for Providers:

Patients who are required to list a PCP with their insurance should sign up for Lauren Meade, MD (a physician who works closely with me) but should make their initial appt with me.
New patients should call my voicemail: 413-794-1316 and leave their contact info. Please tell patients not to call the general call center number for the clinic, as the calls go to an offsite location and the operators as not very trans-savvy. I only see 18yrs and up at this clinic. Because I am a PCP, I can often see people for chronic health conditions and address gender stuff at the same time (meaning that patients do not always have to pay out of pocket for the visits, as long as they have insurance that covers their primary care).
