TransOK is an Oklahoma City based support group for transgender identified and gender variant young adults, ages 16-30. The group was created with the intent to provide resources to those in transition or seeking transition, to build friendships among the group members, LGBT community, and allies, and to provide a safe and affirming environment where members can simply be themselves and discuss experiences without fear of discrimination, violence, or harassment.

This therapy group focuses on creating a safe, secure, and nurturing space for adult individuals who identify as gender expansive and/or transgender. Group sessions will focus on assisting group members in navigating the complexities of life while developing positive coping skills to better manage depressed feelings, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, and other related concerns.
New members must complete an initial intake session with the group facilitator to ensure appropriate fit.
Cost per group: $25 or insurance may be utilized
