This therapy group focuses on creating a safe, secure, and nurturing space for adult individuals who identify as gender expansive and/or transgender. Group sessions will focus on assisting group members in navigating the complexities of life while developing positive coping skills to better manage depressed feelings, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, and other related concerns.
New members must complete an initial intake session with the group facilitator to ensure appropriate fit.
Cost per group: $25 or insurance may be utilized
