My name is Lauren Millerd, LCSW – I am a virtual only practice located in CT. I provide individual psychotherapy to adults.
I am a cisgender female who specializes in trans, non binary, & gender non-conforming adults, along with trauma, eating disorders, and dissociation. I have significant experience with crisis & do not believe in sending trans individuals to an inpatient hospital unless it is something they want, and even then, do so with careful planning. I receive ongoing clinical supervision from a non-binary provider who is also an eating disorder specialist. I also provide gender assessments if needed as part of the GALAP pledge
