St. John’s Well Child and Family Center’s Transgender Health Program (THP) provides trans-specific and affirming services and is committed to protecting and improving the health of all transgender people in our communities. Services include primary and preventative medical care, hormone therapy, assistance with legal name and gender marker change, case management for economic and education services, job readiness workshops, victim advocates for survivors of crime, a community social group, and referrals for gender affirming surgery, oral health services, behavioral health services, HIV/HCV testing, counseling and treatment, health insurance enrollment, and homeless services,.
